Our process
Discovery Call
A relaxed, honest conversation about where your business is today and where you want it to go. No pitch, no pressure — we're listening, not selling. Nothing to prepare, just show up.
Business Assessment
A 1.5–2 hour, us-led conversation about your business — your goals, your audience, and what's really going on — plus a full audit of your website, socials, and online presence. Nothing to prepare on your end.
You'll get a written assessment covering what's working, what's missing, and what we'd recommend next — delivered within about a week, with a 30-minute call to walk through it together.
If you're already confident in your billing, scheduling, and tools, the Business Assessment alone covers what you need — a website that represents the business well.
Add the Tech & Process Assessment — +$1,500. Not a second booking: it folds into one combined 2.5-hour call + 1-hour review, no prep needed. About 2 weeks total.
Best if you've got multiple people, shared files, recurring billing, or a mix of tools you're not sure are working well together.
Running on genuinely large, established processes — multiple departments, legacy systems? This add-on isn't scoped for that — reach out and we'll talk about a custom engagement instead.
Implementation
Whatever your assessment points to — website design and development, a custom tool, an integration, or a platform setup — built and configured, with hosting handled as part of the build. Typically 4–8 weeks, assuming timely feedback.
Page copy, photos, pricing, testimonials — whatever's specific to your business — plus timely review at each milestone and access to any accounts involved.
Hosting & Maintenance
Hosting comes with every implementation — your site runs on our infrastructure, so we can actually guarantee support and reliability. From $40/month, billed after launch. (Exception: SaaS or independently-hosted platforms.)
Maintenance is flexible and scoped to what your project needs — pay-as-you-go or a monthly retainer, quoted after launch.
