What we collect

When you submit a form on this site — booking a discovery call or asking a question — we collect what you type in: your name, email, and whatever else the form asks for (phone, business name, service interest, your message). We don't collect anything beyond what you enter.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to you — to book your discovery call, answer your question, or follow up about a project. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.

Who else sees it

A few services help this site run, and each sees a limited slice of your information as part of that:

• SendGrid delivers the emails this site sends (your booking/question notification, and your confirmation email).
• Google reCAPTCHA checks that form submissions are coming from a real person, not a bot. Google's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that check.
• We may use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to understand overall site traffic (page visits, general location by country/region) — never anything that identifies you personally from that data alone.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions as long as they're useful for the reason you sent them — generally, for the life of a working relationship, or a reasonable time after if we never end up working together. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email us — see below — and we'll take care of it.
